Hello

I would like to practice hapkido's khf here in brasil.
has a site that claims to be representative of khf here in my country.
www.hkdbrasil.com.br

they claim to be representatives of khf through the master Chang Hak Kim.
but I find it strange because the links do not appear connected to any site khf.
They also use the logo of khf and distribute certificates and representations of khf around the world. they are trustworthy? thanks.
